  • I did get it to work for a short while (DON'T DO WHAT I WAS DOING IN THIS PICTURE!!!)

At first, I’ve tried heating the board with a hairdryer (don't), and it turned on for a few minutes, and it died shortly after, and then I’ve tried diagnosing the YLOD by using a serial TTL to USB adapter and using this Python script, and it started giving me error 2110, which is completely unrelated to the RSX or the NEC/Tokin supercapacitors. I can’t really see previous error codes, because I was too dumb and I turned the console on and off way too many times prior to the diagnosis… So I’ll need to bring out the multimeter and test each and every single component in order to find out what was the component that I somehow killed.

    [BROKEN] Microsoft Xbox 360
  • Model: Slim (a.k.a. S model)
  • Color: Black (matte finish)
  • Came with a 4GB modular memory unit
  • HDD: 250GB WD Scorpio Blue 5400rpm that I installed later on (you can install normal laptop hard drives in an unmodded console ONLY if they’re certain Western Digital drives, and you must patch them in order for them to work in your console)
  • Motherboard: Trinity
  • Manufacture date: 28th August 2011
  • Disc drive manufacturer: Hitachi-LG Data Storage
  • Disc drive manufacture date: August 2010
  • I killed it with all my modding attempts, sadly. I got another 360 that came to replace it.

  • My first ever home console that I got in Christmas 2011 when I was a little kid. I’ve tried modding it with the RGH3 method that only requires two 28/30AWG wires, a resistor and a NAND programmer like a Raspberry Pi Pico (now with the BadUpdate hypervisor exploit, you don’t even need a NAND programmer, but having one is recommended), but I did a very bad job at scraping off the slikscreen on the point I had to solder on, and not to mention the fact that my wires were too thick, and this made it impossible for me to install RGH3. With all my other modding attempts and inexperience since 2022, I ended up breaking the console beyond repair.

    Microsoft Xbox 360
  • Model: Phat (Arcade SKU)
  • Color: White, with white DVD tray trim too
  • HDD: 250GB by Hitachi
  • Motherboard: Tonasket (Jasper v2, big block 512MB NAND)
  • The NAND's use for storage has been disabled with the "nointmu" XeBuild patch
  • Manufacture date: 28th July 2009
  • Disc drive manufacturer: Philips and Lite-On
  • Modded with a Matrix Glitcher v3 (RGH1.2 v2, using STBY_CLK from the console and not the chip)

  • Handheld consoles

    Sony PlayStation Portable
  • Model: 3004
  • Region: Europe
  • Color: Piano Black
  • Motherboard: TA-092 (model 03g)
  • Running the ARK-4 6.61 custom firmware with cIPL
  • Memory card: 128GB Integral Class 10 SDXC (inside a Micro SD to Memory Stick adapter)

  • The console does work, but I’ve replaced the front plastic, it was coming loose so I tried supergluing it, and I got it all dirty, and besides, many screwposts on this faceplate are broken, so I’ll just order a transparent shell from AliExpress one day and re-shell this thing.

    Nintendo DS Lite
  • Model: USG-001
  • Color: Black
  • Region: Europe
  • Looks like new, and I even got it with the original box
  • Stylus is there and so is the Game Boy Advance slot cover, and both look like new
  • FlashMe custom firmware installed, but modding Phat DS and DS Lite consoles is not a thing (to run homebrew on these things, you must use flashcarts)

  • New Nintendo 3DS
  • Model: KTR-001
  • Color: Black
  • Faceplates: The Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D
  • Region: Europe (PAL)
  • Running the Luma3DS custom firmware via boot9strap
  • 128GB Kingston CANVAS Select Plus micro SD card
  • Pretendo Network is set up
